SUSTAINABILITY IN BRAITER APARTMENTS
- Charging station for electric cars directly on our parking lot in front of the house
- We've recently been getting a large part of our energy from a photovoltaic system with battery storage.
- The heating of our service water has been supported by a solar system for many years.
- We carefully separate the recyclable materials, also with your help, and feed them into the circular economy.
- The excess water of our swimming biotope has no chemical additives and is fed into the water cycle via the rainwater sewer system.
- Instead of a clean lawn, you will find meadows with dandelions, clover, colorful meadow flowers and herbs. Admittedly, it looks a bit wild, numerous insects, birds and our two little rabbits are happy about the colorful variety.
- Our green areas, garden and all plants are watered with water from our rainwater tank.
- We produce large amounts of green waste, which is chopped up and composted and serves as a valuable substrate in our garden.
- Many of our guests are enthusiastic users of the South Tyrol GUEST PASS, leave their cars in the parking lot and use public transport for their excursion destinations.
- We only provide our holiday apartments with one hand and bath towel per guest. Towels for changing can be taken from an open shelf if required. This means that no unused towels have to be washed.
